Billie Hayes is an American actress best known for her comic portrayal of Witchiepoo on NBCs Sid and Marty Krofft television series H.R. Pufnstuf. Her characteristic cackle and animated physicality were notable during the shows 17episode run in 196970. She reprised this role in The Paul Lynde Halloween Special.
